Yard Operative – Stallingborough

Pay: £12.41 – £24.82 per hour (shift dependent)

GI Group are seeking proactive Yard Operatives for our Stallingborough site. This role offers flexible shift patterns, excellent rates of pay, and a range of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moving cars and pulling buses safely around the yard
• Using a handheld terminal scanning gun (full training provided)
• Inspecting vehicles for damage or imperfections and reporting findings to the Team Leader
• Attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills

Role Details:

• Shift start times: between 6am and 8am
• Shift finish times: between 5pm and 8pm
• Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours (12 hours in peak periods)

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• 22 years of age due to insurance
• Minimum 3 points on licence ( (depending on endorsement code, no active bans)
• Address on licence must match current home address
• Willingness to work varied shifts
