Shifts: 12‑hour Panama shift pattern (rotating days and nights)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

The Role

We are looking for Production Operatives to support our Extrusion and Flexographic Printing departments. These roles are essential in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring high‑quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily machine operations alongside experienced operators
• Set up production lines and monitor machine performance
• Assist with changeovers, machine feeding, and basic troubleshooting
• Carry out product quality checks, including colour matching for print jobs
• Pack, fold, and wrap raw materials and finished goods
• Unload finished rolls and maintain a clean, organised work area
• Check and maintain material levels
• Complete general housekeeping tasks such as emptying scrap bins and end‑of‑line checks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, extrusion, printing, or machine operation (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Shift Pattern
• 12‑hour Panama shift
• Rotating days and nights
• Monday–Wednesday (12‑hour shifts)
• Thursday (6am–2pm day shift)
