Manufacturing Operator

Contract: 6 months
Full time – Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Join a team behind a world leading scientific company serving science solutions. As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be carrying out the production process which involves preparing, packaging and labelling products.
Manufacturing Operator Shifts:
• Monday to Friday
• 8am – 4pm
Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:
• Oversee the assembly of packaging components, including boxes, inserts, labels, and other necessary materials
• Ensure that products are packaged securely and according to standard operating procedures to prevent damage during transit
• Ensure accurate labelling of products for identification and inventory management purposes
• Implement quality control measures to verify that packaging meets established standards and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects, errors, or inconsistencies, and take corrective actions as necessary
Manufacturing Operator Required Skills:
• Experience working within a lab/manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and be able to manage workload independently
• Must have a keen eye for detail and quality control
• Be able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining communication, health, safety and quality standards.
