Gi Pro are proud to be working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced CNC Production Manager to join their growing operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong CNC knowledge and proven leadership experience to take ownership of a busy department, driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As CNC Production Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day running of the CNC department. You'll be hands-on in leading a team of operators, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supervising and supporting CNC operators, planning and allocating workloads
* Leading daily team briefings and ensuring smooth shift handovers
* Monitoring production output, efficiency, and quality using data-driven tools
* Coaching and developing team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding
* Driving a strong safety culture and maintaining 5S/housekeeping standards
* Coordinating with the maintenance team to keep machinery in top condition
About You

We're looking for a proactive and organised leader with:

Essentials:
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
* Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Strong ability to work towards and meet key production targets under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and ensuring team alignment with business objectives.
* Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
* Experience managing resources such as raw materials, tools, and equipment efficiently

Desirables:
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor production performance.
