Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Yaxley PE7 3WG

Hours: Monday–Friday

Salary: Dependent on experience & valid FLT licence

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our growing team — someone who thrives in a busy environment and is willing to support with occasional deliveries when needed.

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Saturday work: May be required occasionally, depending on business needs

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Working within the warehouse to pick, pack, load, and organise materials
• Supporting with delivery of materials when required by business needs
• Operating FLT or Combilift equipment (if licensed)
• Ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and efficient
• Working closely with the wider team to meet daily targets
• Using computer systems for stock checks and basic data entry

? What We’re Looking For

• Full, valid UK driving licence
• FLT or Combi Lift licence – advantageous, not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
• Adaptable and flexible approach
• Basic computer literacy
