Administrator - Aerospace and Defence / Yeovil / £15.28 PAYE

We're partnering with a leading aerospace and defence organisation in Yeovil to recruit a skilled Administrator who can bring structure, accuracy and confidence to a busy engineering and project team. This role offers variety and the opportunity to support key business processes across governance, change control, finance and risk management.

The Role
You will provide reliable administrative and coordination support, ensuring meetings run smoothly, information is accurate and project activities stay on track. This position suits someone comfortable working within engineering, defence or project‑based environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, meetings, documentation and records
* Prepare reports, presentations and project material using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Coordinate change control activities including meeting packs, minutes, actions and logs
* Support finance processes including cost tracking, raising purchase orders and updating records
* Maintain and update the team's risk register and support review sessions
* Draft clear communications and contribute to stakeholder updates
About You
* Strong skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* Background in administration, project support or coordinating structured processes
* Confident managing logs, trackers or registers (risk, actions, change)
* Excellent written communication, accuracy and attention to detail
* Professional, organised and proactive
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 4 days per week on site
