This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Industrial division at Gi Group Nottingham. The Resource Management Specialist will be an ambitious addition to our team, excelling in our fast-paced environment. This role includes identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the business's requirements, as well as offering general administrative support to the recruitment team.

Role Responsibilities:
Service:
* Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for spec calls and client meetings.
* Be known by all user clients and candidates through constant contact and rapport building.
* Offer a quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control, ensuring that all suitable candidates
have completed all required client specific documentation and site tours where necessary.
* Comply with all legal requirements in terms of compliance and vetting.
* Take responsibility for out of hours contact with clients on a rota basis, where applicable
* Monitor workers performances daily and weekly to ensure that the client and workers are consistently satisfied.
* Support with always maintaining an up-to-date availability list for the branch.
* Recruit and sustain a workforce by interview and selection of quality applicants.
* Advertise for a workforce in such a manner that will generate the largest/ best quality response whilst complying with GI Group and their
legal requirements.
* Always maintain a pool of quality candidates available.
* Develop relationships with existing clients to avoid them becoming dormant or lapsed.
* Drive up pay rates and margins in negotiation with clients.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure all pay and invoice queries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
* Ensure all timesheets are obtained and checked weekly.
* Matching of bookings to temps/perms by assisting in filling bookings.

Sales:
* Recognise and act in a manner that demonstrates your understanding that we are selling yourself and our organization with every
telephone call or face to face situation.
* Set yourself objectives and a plan which can be communicated to your line manager where appropriate.
* Utilising the intelligence gathered from candidates to provide sales data to the branch sales team.
* Cross sell other divisions within the business at every opportunity.

General:
* Seen to contribute ideas to morning branch meetings in a helpful positive manner.
* Maintain all reporting documents as required such as Sales Pipeline report etc.
* Any other tasks as required by your manager / division.
* Present yourself appropriately for your place of work or when visiting a client to make a good impression.
