Position: Night Shift Operative
Shift: Monday to Friday, 00:00 - 09.30
Pay Rate: £13.73 p/h + £20.60 p/h overtime after 45 hrs
Location: Spalding, PE11
Role overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operative to join our client's team for the night shift at fresh meat processing facility. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our production line during the early hours, and it requires someone with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Salting Casings: Prepare and salt casings as per operational requirements.
Netting Barrels: Accurately place nets in barrels, ensuring quality and consistency.
Product Decanting: Safely decant products, following all health and safety guidelines.
Gutroom Setup: Prepare the gutroom for the start of the shift, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
Cleaning Ruffle Fat: Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain hygiene standards.
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable and Responsible: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high standards of work.
Trustworthy: Able to handle tasks with integrity, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
Self-Motivated: Driven to complete tasks efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
